Part time secretarial job opening

St. Bart's is in the process of hiring a part-time secretary to work at the church 12-15 hours per week. The schedule is flexible and can be discussed during the interview. Duties include, but are not limited to, answering the phone, sorting mail, mailings to parishioners and visitors, preparing volunteer schedules, maintaining inventory of supplies and ordering or purchasing as necessary.
